HandSewn does not accept returns of custom items or items destroyed in shipping or by customer misuse or neglect.

Once an item is shipped, HandSewn is no longer responsible for that item and the buyer must contact the appropriate shipping service directly. HandSewn will gladly provide any needed shipping information needed for this process.
